After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
Sometimes, customers make sample molds that are smaller in size, lower in cost, and only used for making samples. Sometimes, customers can directly make a large mold, which can be used for both sample production and mass production.
This type of mold is usually made of steel. We promise that the mold can be used 50000 times within 10 years. If there is a problem during the warranty period, our company will pay for the repair or remanufacturing costs.
After making the mold, we will test it if it is functioning properly. Then we make samples, and our engineers measure the size of the samples and test their hardness to ensure good quality. Then we send the samples to the customer for testing.
After sample confirmation, we will begin mass production.
